Employment Crawl coming to Hamilton

On Wednesday, April 25th and Thursday, April 26th, the Economic Development Office will be participating in the first ever McMaster University Hamilton Employment Crawl (HEC).

This event is designed to educate 3rd and 4th year students at Mac as to the career opportunities that exist in the city post-grad and some of the quality of life amenities that make Hamilton a great place to live, work, play and learn.

One stop on the tour will be at the Small Business Enterprise Centre at City Hall. There, students will learn first hand how to start a business in Hamilton and the multitude of resources available for young entrepreneurs.
The tour will also be using the Twitter hashtag #machec for those that want to follow along online and Economic Development and Mac will be “twouring” the online community during those two days.
