Apprenticeship Job Creation Tax Credit
The Apprenticeship Job Creation Tax Credit is a non-refundable tax credit in order to encourage employers to hire new apprentices in eligible trades. This measure will provide eligible employers with credit up to a maximum $2,000 per year per apprentice.

Apprenticeship Training Tax Credit
The Apprenticeship Training Tax Credit (ATTC) is a refundable tax credit available to employers who hire and train apprentices in certain skilled trades. The maximum credit available to employers is $5,000 per qualifying apprentice per taxation year.

Collaborative Research Internships
Provides financial assistance and hiring support to innovative Canadian SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) to hire post-secondary graduates. The employer must be collaborating in the development of products and processes with commercial potential in conjunction with the National Research Council (NRC) and/or the Communications Research Centre (CRC) of Industry Canada.

Co-operative Education Credit
Provides employers operating unincorporated businesses with a refundable tax credit for hiring post-secondary education students enrolled in a recognized co-operative education program.

Employment Placement Training Subsidy/Career Development Centre
Free recruitment services for employers including recruitment events, assessments, prescreening, matching and referrals from an extensive government database of job seekers. Employers who are recruiting for full-time permanent positions may be eligible to receive training subsidies, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board coverage and Human Resources/Retention Support.
Employment Services
Funded by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, the Employment Services Program provides youth, adults and internationally trained individuals, who are out of school or training and out of work, with the opportunity to gain the skills and knowledge needed to find and keep a job. This continuous intake program serves individuals at any level of education or job preparedness.

The OCE Talent Program generates the next-generation innovators and entrepreneurs. It consists of five initiatives that support innovators at various stages of their development. Funding is available for companies that companies and organizations that can benefit from young innovators and entrepreneurs.

Yves Landry Foundation – AIME Initiative
The Achieving Innovation & Manufacturing Excellence (AIME) program is a grant program for Ontario Manufacturers. In partnership with the Ontario Government, the Yves Landry Foundation is making available up to $50,000 per company in the form of a grant to foster training that will lead to advancements in innovation within the manufacturing sector in Ontario.
