Formerly the home of the Lyric/Century Theatre, this front portion of this heritage building will be preserved with 62 residential units constructed in behind. A building permit was issued in March 2009.

Simpson Wigle Law and the Vine Group held a reception on November 26 and 27, 2008 to celebrate the grand opening of their offices. $2.1 million was invested to renovate and add an additional storey to the once vacant office building.
